Would You Like A Head Start?

Are you looking for a head-start?

Sure you are, who isn’t.

While experience is the best teacher, learning from those that have more experience than you is an extremely effective way to shorten your learning curve. What if you were able to learn things that typically take decades of first-hand experience that will dramatically increase the trajectory of your life.

I’m not talking about the “5 things that will make you an overnight millionaire” type of advice, but real, hard-won experience from someone that’s been a student of self-improvement his whole life. Someone that, since he was in middle school, was always looking for an edge. A way to make himself better in all aspects.

Why is that important?

It matters because it is because of that attitude that I’ve sought out ways to improve in ALL aspects of my life and I don’t want that information and experience to die with me. I want to share it with other likeminded people. Hopefully people like you.

Who is this for?

This information is intended to have a little something for everyone. Are you in high school and curious what you should study, or how to get better grades? Thinking about college or graduate school. Recently graduated and just entering the workforce? Or a few years into your career and wondering if you’ve chosen the right path? At any one of those stages, it’s my hope that you will take something of value from this information that will earn you more than the monetary cost you’ll pay.

So, what’s in it for you?

Here’s what I’m offering: I’m offering you information. Information from my life that I’ve compiled from a lifetime of learning, winning, losing, failing, and succeeding. I’m offering perspective and unfiltered perspective. There’s no grand plan here. I’m not trying to sell you on a huge coaching program. As trite as it sounds, I’m in this to help people that are coming up behind me and are looking for answers, just like I was.

This whole project started off with the idea of what it might be like to write a letter to my 19-year-old self knowing what I know now. I wanted to help answer questions like:

  • What should I study in school?
  • What sort of job should I get?
  • What if I don’t know what I want, how can I get more clarity?
  • I really like this girl, how could I get her to go out with me?
  • I’m in a relationship, is this the guy or girl I should marry?
  • Should I buy a house?
  • Should I invest in stocks?
  • What the Hell are stocks?
  • Should I start a business?
  • Should I even go to college?
  • What should I learn to make sure I have the best chances of being successful as humanly possible?

Why should you listen to me?

Do I know it all? Absolutely and without a doubt, no and not trying to claim that I do. What I can say is this, I’ve done more than most. I have a successful career, an undergraduate degree and MBA from a top 20 university, a happy marriage with two happy and healthy kids. I’ve spent my life trying to understand how I can optimize and improve all aspects of my life to maximize my own effectiveness, success and happiness.

Ok so what is this?

I mentioned that I’m in this to help people, and I mean that. While I’m not going to dress up what I’ve done, it has taken some time. I’m offering to send you an e-book (which sounds better than a dressed up PDF) containing information that I’ve learned over my life. All I’m asking is for you to compensate me for my time and experience.
